What is really interesting, about this, is that there is no reported source for this week of geomagnetic storms. This can mean only one thing: These geomagnetic storms are the product of multiple Core Matrix time line edits, in which the source of the geomagnetic storms has been edited out of the current dominant time lime. Remember what I have taught: Time Shifts do not cause geomagnetic storms. Instead, the same solar energy that triggers Time Shifts can also trigger geomagnetic storms." On July 18, 2018 I wrote, in part "This may be a Time Shift report. Just now thunder began booming over LA. 15 booms so far and counting ... there was a light rain ... no weather report, that this type of weather forecast for LA, would be here today or anytime soon. This is Twilight Zone weird. Regardless, I hope it breaks the heat wave." In my own reply, to my July 18, 2018 post I wrote, in part "I just saw the TV weather report, and they too are surprised at the weather. Everywhere the surprise thunder and rain struck is 10 degrees cooler than forecast! The weather person called the freak weather an unexpected monsoon cell that is expected to hang around for a couple of days. However, this weather person also said that the triple digit heat wave will be returning after the weekend. ... If a Twilight Zone monsoon cell can drop a heat wave by 10 degrees, then it can do it again when the next triple digit heat wave comes after the weekend. Heat waves help no one and hurt everyone. Yet the weather can be manipulated by Reality Shift Manifestations ... let's knock out the heat wave in LA by manifesting that monsoon cell again. This will also knock out deadly fire conditions. Get this one right, and we can move on to other places around the globe that need weather relief." As expected, the National Weather Service has forecast another terrible and dangerous week of triple digit temperatures in Southern California. This upcoming heat wave is deadly for people and animals, as well as creating widespread fire dangers. We also happen to be at the start of an expected geomagnetic storm. As I wrote above, only 2 days ago unexpected Core Matrix time line edits caused a side effect that lowered the Southern California temperatures by 10 degrees. The expected high temperature on July 18, 2018 was expected to be 92-95 degrees - as it had been for the whole week. But when the unexpected monsoon cell arrived, the temperature that day was a livable 82-85 degrees. This means, that with everything considered, the conditions are perfect to create a Reality Shift Manifestation to knock out the upcoming triple digit heat wave in Southern California. Starting Monday July 23, 2018 the heat wave is expected to hit and last through Thursday July 26, 2018. This is killer weather. However, as an extension of my discovery of Time Shifts, the Core Matrix, co-existing time lines, and the Unified Field Theory of Psi I was able to develop unique scientific protocols that can control Reality Shift Manifestation activity. This includes the wisdom, and Core Matrix rules, that are in place for such manifestation protocols. Just because a person wants something does not mean that a person can use these protocols to get what they want. There are rules which humans must abide by. Attempts to break my Reality Shift Manifestation rules will result in nothing happening from your end. In other words, you cannot mess things up - even if you wanted to. So no worries. The Core Matrix rules of the RS Manifestation road won't allow for interference at any level. However, by participating you are potentially helping millions of people and animals. The results, of the experiment, will be obvious. The Core Matrix is self policing. The technique comes naturally to the human brain, because it is based on what the brain can do through its Core Matrix/brain interface - even when you don't know you are doing it. Everyone alive has this Core Matrix interface connection, and through this connection everyone can interface with various co-existing time line elements. An RS Manifestation mission is a matter of copying an element from one or more co-existing time lines, and then pasting that desired element into the dominant [current] co-existing time line. In this case, the RSM mission will copy the July 18, 2018 monsoonal cell from one already streamed co-existing time line to the current dominant co-existing time line. It is a matter of focusing on that July 18, 2018 monsoonal cell, acknowledging that it dropped the temperature 10 degrees in Southern California, and then envisioning that same monsoonal cell manifesting during the time of the upcoming Southern California heat wave. A successful Reality Shift Manifestation mission is dependent on raising your psi energy levels. This includes your brain, soul, heart, mind, and emotions. By revving up, and sustaining, your focused personal psi energy you can then use your Core Matrix/brain interface to access the July 18, 2018 monsoon cell that unexpectedly passed over Southern California and lowered the temperature at least 10 degrees. This is an extremely important part of the RS Manifestation protocol, because this is how your brain will automatically copy-paste that monsoonal cell into the current dominant time line of the expected upcoming heat wave. As an example of the various Southern California weather forecasts, at that time for the expected heat wave, the California San Fernando Valley - which covers a wide swath of Southern California - was forecast to experience the following high temperatures: Monday July 23, 2018 …….. 105° Tuesday July 24, 2018 ……. 107° Wednesday July 25, 2018 …108° Thursday July 26, 2018 …… 107° I documented these predicted temperatures, by posting them, along with the forecast. Only hours after I launched this RSM weather modification mission, the forecast for the week had already changed. The change ranged from a temperature drop of 3° to 8°. I documented this, through a posted July 21, 2018 RSM mission update. Monday July 23, 2018 …….. 102° Tuesday July 24, 2018 ……. 104° Wednesday July 25, 2018 …104° Thursday July 26, 2018 … … 99° This temperature drop, was a great indicator, that my RSM protocols were working. But I also knew, that for any RSM mission to be successful, the localized time line edit programming must be anchored in the Core Matrix. Today, Monday July 23, 2013, is the first day of the forecast heat wave in Southern California. As documented, today’s San Fernando Valley temperature was expected to reach 105°. Shortly after the RSM mission launch, that weather forecast dropped the temperature to a high 102°. But today, that temperature high has been dropped again to 99°. Within hours, at least 100 people from around the world, had joined my RSM team. The results were a success, as documented by the revised weather forecast for the coming week. By the end of Saturday July 21, 2018, hundreds of more people had joined the team. Because of these participating numbers, the RSM mission success continued and the temperature drop results got even better. As of yesterday Monday July 23, 2018, I - and the hundreds of RSM mission energy participants who joined me, was successful in lowering Monday’s SoCal heat wave related temperatures by between 3° and 8°. The degree difference depended on the SoCal area. I have provided documented evidence of this dramatic temperature drop, which took weather forecasters by surprise. Their SoCal heat wave forecasts, which were scientifically accurate prior to the RSM mission launch on Friday July 20, 2018, caused the forecast heat numbers to go down significantly. Yesterday July 23, 2018, in the sprawling San Fernando Valley - which is in SoCal, the temperature high was forecast to reach 105°. In Burbank, which is in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, the high temperature reached only 98°. Other surrounding SoCal cities had similar numbers ranging from 97° to 99°. This is the near instant results and feedback I am talking about. All RSM energy – which utilizes localized time line edit capabilities - produces near immediate results when successful. That means, that what you do yields near instant feedback. I have been documenting this from the start. So far, this RSM mission has been successful in bringing down the heat wave temperatures. | This NOAA k-index chart
shows that a new geomagnetic storm has hit Earth on
Monday July 24, 2018. The original RSM mission began
with a 2 day geomagnetic storm. The geomagnetic storm
is only a side effect of a solar energy hit on the
planet, and cannot trigger Time Shifts or time line
edits. Since geomagnetic storms, Time Shifts, and time
line edits are all triggered by the same solar energy
hit, they often appear at the same time. This is why
geomagnetic storms can be Time Shift and time line
edit markers. In the case of an RSM mission, the
presence of a geomagnetic storm indicates that the
Core Matrix is in time line edit mode. Because of the
Core Matrix/brain interface, this condition makes it
easier for people to launch and maintain a Reality

Since the first update, Southern California [SoCal] has documented its high temperatures for the day. I have also located the SoCal weekly weather forecast that begins with tomorrow Wednesday July 25, 2018. This RSM mission is not just taking on a 1 day heat wave. This RSM mission is taking on a 4-5 day heat wave – which is a very powerful and dangerous weather event. Despite the fact, that this RSM mission was able to lower the temperatures on every day of the heat wave thus far, a surprise was thrown into the temperature challenge for today Tuesday July 24, 2018. This challenge was so daunting, that I requested that thousands of more people join the RSM. I am not sure about thousands, but I do know that hundreds of more people joined the RSM mission today. Because of this, the day’s temperature challenge was overcome and the RSM team rang up another success. In the original SoCal heat wave weekly forecast, from Monday July 20, 2018, today’s Tuesday July 24, 2018 temperature was supposed to reach a high of 107°. After launching the RSM mission directives, starting this past Friday, the temperature forecast for today actually dropped to 104°. That is already a drop of 3°, thanks to the RSM energy work. Yesterday, Monday July 23, 2018, the original temperature forecast was for 105°. Yesterday, the RSM mission team lowered the temperature down to 99°. That was a temperature drop of 6°. But then something happened. After the RSM successes, from yesterday and before, the forecast for today turn a turn for the worse. Today’s temperature was originally forecast as being 107°. As I said, after the successes, that forecast dropped to 104° for today. But early this morning there was a revised forecast for the week, starting with today Tuesday July 24, 2018. That forecast had today’s SoCal temperature highs at 109°. That is 2° higher, than the original forecast, and 4° higher than our lowered forecast from yesterday. Regardless of the challenge, and the many questions that this reversal and raising of today’s temperature was, I still knew that the RSM protocols – along with the many hundreds of people on board – could and would turn it around. Before the day was out, that high number would be lowered by many degrees – and so it was. The average high temperature, in the San Fernando Valley of SoCal, was 102°. That average comes from a number of cities high temperatures taken into account. The actual individual temperatures ranged from 99° to 103°. This made the temperature drop, from the forecast temperature of 109°, from 6° to 10°. There is more good news. After the RSM did its work, a revised weekly forecast was released. The forecast begins Wednesday July 25 and goes through Tuesday July 31, 2018. Instead of tomorrow’s temperature hitting a high of 111°, the high is now forecast as reaching a high of 105°. Thursday July 26 – the original last day of the heat wave – has also gotten revised lower numbers. Thursday is slated to reach a high of 102°. At least for now, those inexplicable raised highs have been lowered by the RSM mission team. The original forecast for Wednesday was 108°, with Thursday reaching a high of 107°. This is already a 5° drop. Regardless, the RSM will continue and try to bring those temperatures lower even more. Either way, this RSM mission has been a resounding success. The heat wave was forecast as going into the triple digits from Monday July 23, 2018 through Thursday July 26, 2018. Therefore, these were the dates that my RSM mission was programmed to lower the temperature on every day of the forecast heat wave. I always call my RSM mission experiments, because that is what they are. I make no promises, except that I will follow through with the mission. I have been doing these RSM missions for many years now, many of them in public – including through some of my interviews. Every single RSM mission, that I have ever undertaken – whether public or private - has yielded some level of success. The more missions that I did, the better I got at manifestation. My RSM protocols are based on my understanding of the workings of the Core Matrix, how and why it streams co-existing time lines, how and why it engages in time line edits, and how and why the Core Matrix-brain interface is the key to a successful RSM mission. Today, Wednesday July 25, 2018, my RSM weather modification mission continued the previous days of lowered temperature success. Not only, did the team RSM mission effort manage to lower forecasted SoCal temperature highs, but today saw a greater drop in temperatures than in the previous days of this successful mission. Part of this success was due to the overcast skies that appeared over SoCal today. In fact, showers are forecast in parts of SoCal starting tonight. This is exactly what I was going for, as described in my RSM instructions and goals. Furthermore, no weather forecast included overcast skies or showers for today. Hot and dry was the forecast, and that is documented. For this RSM experiment, I focused the weather modification on the San Fernando Valley [the Valley] part of Southern California [SoCal] of the region. The San Fernando Valley is a good model to choose, because of its varying landscapes and variant temperatures. The Valley, which is part of Los Angeles, is home to about 2 million people and possibly millions of domestic and wild animals. It has 5 incorporated cities, 5 unincorporated cities, and 33 sprawling neighborhoods. The results, of today’s RSM mission, have yielded more than just data on how many degrees the temperature was lowered. The localized time line edit, part of the protocols, also yielded some terrific time line edit evidence too. This evidence, which is I have documented, shows the following: There were 2 different weather forecasts, given for the exact same areas on the exact same 2 final days of the heat wave. The first, higher temperature forecast, has the heat wave extending into Friday July 27, 2018. The lesser temperature forecast does not. They are as follows: Valley High Temperatures Original Forecast Wednesday July 25, 2018 108° Thursday July 27, 2018 107° Valley High Temperatures Revised Forecast #1 Wednesday July 25, 2018 110° Thursday July 27, 2018 108° Valley High Temperatures Revised Forecast #2 Wednesday July 25, 2018 105 ° Thursday July 26, 2018 102° As can be seen from the date: Regardless of which forecast chart I use, the original or either of the 2 simultaneous time line edit forecast charts, the actual temperature highs from today Wednesday 25, 2018 were lower by many degrees. On top of that, overcast skies, clouds, and rain entered the actual forecast – although it entered none of the documented weather forecasts for the multiple day heat wave. This is how the data breaks down, which documents the RSM mission success. The original Valley temperature high for Wednesday was a collective average of 108°. The actual high temperatures, for that day, was a collective average of 101°. That is an average lowering of 7°. However, different Valley neighborhoods and cities had different numbers, which in some places lowered the forecasted highs even more. The largest temperature drop, in the Valley, was 10°.
